This is a meta bug to track removal of annotations in the places database that are associated with bookmarks. The main reason to remove these are that they are stored in separate tables which are more expensive to write to, and some of the data either doesn't need to be in the places database, or it is a feature we're going to remove. Extensions also no longer have access to annotations, they are encouraged to maintain their own data stores.
