This is follow-up (hopefully, fast follow!) to Bug 1561939. We're focusing on Windows 10 but the mechanics are very similar across platforms. In fact, on try I already have Linux 64 and macOS (I think?) working. Android is blocked by Bug 1525126 but should follow easily after that.
