Is this bug now tracking bugs blocking us from _shipping_ PDF.js? PDF.js rode the trains to beta 15 (see bug 773397), so this summary seems misleading at best.

Fixed the summary, since we've disabled PDF.js in 15/16/17.
Summary: pdf.js release blockers → pdf.js Aurora enable blockers
Removing form filling and talos, since it was decided these are nice to have, but not release blockers.
