824801 - (CF-UI) Call forwarding UI related issues

Found a couple of issues related to Call forwarding.

1. If CF  unconditional is enabled through MMI code (**21*<number>#) then the CF icon on the status bar is not shown. Would be nice to have a system message for the same kind of like we have for an incoming call and for the voice mail notifications.

2. Settings app does not query for call forwarding status every time the user enters the "Call Settings" menu. So, if the call forwarding was enabled through MMI code then the UI settings goes out of sync with the network call forwarding settings.

#1 sounds like a nice to have right, so I don't think we should block on that necessarily.

For #2, do we fail any certification tests as a result (maybe blocking), or is this just poor user experience (probably not blocking)?

Michael I agree with you that #2 issue above is more serious than #1. Also, since there is a UI for call forwarding, it is unlikely that the users would use MMI code to enable call forwarding. 

I am not aware of any certification tests that will break due to these issue. For now let me remove this bug as a CS blocker.

These are two separated bugs. I've filed independent bugs for each of the issues that you mention.

Let's also use this bug as tracker for all CF UI related issues.
