Let's gather some of the more serious devedition / compact theme bugs and try and get them fixed before we ship these themes to release.
I've added the most serious-looking (ish) bugs to this tracker. They'll likely need some more triage because I expect some will have gone away now that there's 2 lwthemes instead of 1, and some are so old that they might be dupes / wfm by now. Setting needinfo to remind myself.

We got rid of compact themes as-is. I've gone through the deps and closed a few, and updated summaries of the others where I suspect they (might) still apply.
