Adding known bugs that are blocking us from being 1.0 compliant for tracking purposes. Includes bugs mentioned in the testsuite metabug, too. At some point soon we should go through and prioritize these.

I've removed these: bug 265212 - Remove XPath engine in XForms, and use Transformiix instead bug 273706 - Handle dynamic insertions in repeat subtree bug 303351 - Fix resize issue in select1 Since they are actually not necessary for XForms 1.0 compliance.
