Are we going to do this for all modules in Mozilla?

no afaik (however new files don't get prefixed by 'ns'). a11y module is small enough and we can make code style consistent by parts eventually.

Are there more classes that we can de-ns-ify / add bugs / blockers here?

I filed bug 758870. Mark I bet you can figure it out yourself ;)
Got it! But I was wondering if we should go through and create bugs, one for each remaining nsFoo in the base directory .... nsTextEquivUtils, nsEventShell, nsCoreUtils, nsCaretAccessible, etc? Or add them as we go? I see around 14 total left counting these
we can do them as we go, if we file all of them then I'm pretty sure assignees will be faced to mergings (you know some of bugs will be assigned but contributors may disappear on couple weeks when half of way passed).

FYI, I can do some more of these if you have time to file them.
