We need to ensure that the SDK apis in Firefox 21 minimally support PWPB.

Separating the pwpb and ptpb stuff won't be easy, it'll be much easier to take them together.  We don't want to miss https://github.com/mozilla/addon-sdk/pull/792/files#L0R42 for example.

We'll assess the state of this work in tomorrow's Jetpack meeting and then I'll update this bug on expected timelines. The plan as it stands is to land everything by EOW.

We need to clean this tracking bug up and ideally close it today, then uplift what we're actually going to ship ASAP.

Status as of Friday morning: work has been completed but we are working through test failures caused by these changes and are not read to uplift to Aurora yet.

Status as of Monday afternoon, we have solid fixes for the remaining PWPB issues and will be migrating our changes to m-c and aurora today.
