For a number of reasons this is waiting on Moz2D everywhere.

This was disabled on FF35

This was further disabled in Fx36 in bug 1128972. (Usually we're supposed to leave the Target Milestone as 35 and mark status-firefox35 and status-firefox36 as disabled but the status-firefox35 flag is gone now so I'll just shift the Target Milestone as Jeff did).
