[meta] Develop minimal standalone version of UI for link clickers
As a user, I should be able to click on a received link and have a tab opened that lets me start a call to the user.
No description provided.
We need the UX flow here. Are we having a button to actually confirm and start the call? What's the UX of the in call view?

I think the audio/video permission UI should be enough for MLP. Boriss you agree?
Mark -- I think you're the best owner for this as well as for bug 974875. I'm assigning the dependency bugs to you as well -- so that they have an initial owner. Please reassign dependency bugs when/if it makes sense. Thanks.
