Details

This is the meta tracking bug for new Telemetry features to be used in support of the new architecture to allow for increased visibility for what is happening on-device.  The goal is to provide an easy to use library to enable per app usage metrics and performance measurements visibility to Mozilla.  Additionally, this will allow developers to easily create custom metrics for their applications.
