1870127 - [meta] Let the screenshots.browser.component.enabled pref ride the trains

In bug 1789727 we enable the screenshots.browser.component.enabled pref to enable the new Screenshots implementation by default in Nightly. This bug tracks removing those constraints and shipping the feature to our release users.

[Tracking Requested - why for this release]: Currently the pref is only default enabled for nightly only. For 127, we plan to let this change ride the trains making the component implementation default enabled for beta and release 127+ users.

[Suggested wording]:
We've updated the screenshots feature in Firefox. You can now take screenshots of various 'about:' pages within Firefox. Plus, you can now screenshot file types like SVG, XML, and more. We've also implemented new keyboard shortcuts and keyboard accessibility, making the screenshot tool more accessible to everyone. Additionally, we've introduced theme compatibility and High Contrast Mode (HCM) support. And not to forget, we've improved performance for capturing large screenshots.
