Details
(Keywords: meta, Whiteboard: [Australis:P-])
Among other things, Australis is designed to change some of our user's behaviours, for example, making it much easier to customize the menu panel. We should really have some way to tell whether our efforts are successful, and so this bug is here to track the various things we want to do. (UI-Telemetry probes being the obvious ones.)

Talked with bwinton -- we're basically happy with current probe coverage, but want to keep this open for any ancillary followup / additional probes.

Do we still need this bug (and dependencies) or can they be closed?
