883714 - (eng-mode) [B2G][META] extend UITest app to be able to do hardware test

UITest app used for testing UI components, such as virtual keyboard, pop-up window, ...etc. We plan to extend this app so it can test most hardware
functions.
 
Benefits:
1. It can be used by QA test 
2. It can be a good reference for OEMs developing their own engineering mode App. 
3. It also can be a test to ensure some special events can be listened by another app; some privileged APIs can be used by another apps if they intend to.

Since it's not a feature included in these branches' plan, but just
a reference app under test_apps, I'd prefer to land them in
gaia-master and m-c (for API changes). Any comments?
