From our week in London back in May, we talked about a lot of things- one of which was about updating the browser chrome on mobile.
Since we're going to be updating the UX on Tablets (and in doing so break some of the UI that we currently have), it makes sense to do the same with mobile to keep it feeling similar and ultimately make it better. This also gives us a great opportunity to bring forth some elements of whimsy along with other improvements to issues we've discovered with the current UI/UX model.
With this, comes a host of new problems that we've been working to solve and I've made this meta bug to track some of that stuff.

^ Wanted to get your thoughts on this one Lucas - V1 or V2? I don't have a strong preference either way as we discussed in the meeting. Just found it in my bug list and wanted to add it to one for the meta's
