I'd like to be able to run Minimo on my HP iPAQ 5140.

I'm interested in trying to port it to this platform (WinCE/Windows Mobile 2003)
but would appreciate any pointers to get me started (if someone hasn't already
begun)

started) is available for free from Microsoft:

It might be worth looking at something like UPX (http://upx.sourceforge.net/) to
compress everything down so that the installed files take up less room on the
target device.
