This is a tracking bug for changes to the Windows theme that will impact both XP and Vista.

Is there anyway we can download the current FF3 XP or Vista theme so we can test them out? (like you can with Proto for Mac OS?)

We don't have a theme ready yet (still iterating on the icons), but it will likely be part of the nightly builds when it is ready, as opposed to a separate theme.  Proto should also be integrated into the nightly builds soon.

Alex: Is this bug cover the runtime check we will do for XP and Vista? If so I think QA believes this needs to get in for B4 in order to be properly tested?

Bug #416531 covers that. Though it has not been assigned to anyone as yet.
