I think it needs to be P1 to show up on Bugzy?
I wonder if we want it to show all the bugs blocking bug 1778994 and bug 1793636. It kinda ends up as a superset of all three metas. Maybe that's the desired behavior for some metas. Though it could be nice at least in some cases if it only showed a dependent bug if the bug it is blocking is not already blocking bugzy-epic (and thus tracked separately on bugzy)
