We create links to SUMO pages often, this should be as simple as creating an anchor element. No need to click handlers, etc.

Hi :anayocrescent2 this is a meta bug, which is generally used to define a larger task (in this case creating and using a reusable component for linking to our documentation site). Meta bugs are not worked on directly, but rather used to track related work that will help us complete that larger task.
