[meta] Implement the W3C Web
We're intending to support the upcoming W3C Web Authentication specification (https://www.w3.org/TR/webauthn/). This is a meta-bug for implementation of it. Expected tasks are: * Implementing the WebAuthn JS API (currently expected at `navigator.webauthn`) * Implementing the FIDO 2.0 CTAP protocol over USB HID * Connecting the FIDO U2F protocol implementation from Bug #1245527

adding this to 60beta release notes as "Added support for Web Authentication, allowing the use of USB tokens for authentication to web sites" Is there a reference link to use other than https://hacks.mozilla.org/2018/01/using-hardware-token-based-2fa-with-the-webauthn-api/?

Probably https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/API/Web_Authentication_API is best. Thanks!
