Description

This bug tracks regressions on bugzilla.mozilla.org (b.m.o) caused by the
upgrade to a newer version of Bugzilla (bug 244831).  If you notice a problem
with b.m.o that did not exist before the upgrade, please file a bug about it and
make it block this bug.

NOTE: If the problem so severe that it needs immediate attention (i.e. data
loss, security vulnerability, etc.), please email [e-mail] about it.

I've noticed that New Charts aren't working at all - you can't add series to
your list of stuff to plot. When I get home from work, I'll investigate and file
a proper bug on it.

Nothing but the very simplest (2 or 3 items) chart ever worked for me all along.

Mmmm... I really don't know if it's good to report such a cosmetic bug.
(Should I open a bug?)

I got a wrong CC modification field in the email report after resolving a bug as
a dupe and adding myself in the CC field.

Insted of my email address (that got correctly added) in the report
is shown an already existing email amoung those of the cc field.

No, don't open a bug. What you saw was the original bug report's owner being
added to the CC list of the bug you duped it to. This is done automatically by
bugzilla when bugs are marked as duplicates of another.

attchments names in Hebrew also messed up..
can't send back a file I got (had to change name to english)
Prevents using TB in my environment.

Problem also exists in:
Mozilla 1.7.3 
Thnderbird 1.0

This has always been an issue with Bugzilla, it's nothing new.  That's bug 126266.

ok, there's a couple things left listed on here, but they'll be found by virtue of their existence at some point soon as I make an attempt to clear out the buglist.  This bug has outlived its usefulness.
